Omni is not being recognized by the PC
If you are having trouble connecting your Omni, here are some basic items to check.
- Ensure the Omni power supply is plugged into both the outlet (120/240VAC) and the Omni.
- Ensure the Omni is powered on as indicated by the green button on the base of the Omni. The green button may be flashing if the USB cable is not connected and solid if the USB cable is connected.
- Verify that the USB cable is plugged into both the PC and the Omni as indicated by a solid illumination of the green button on the base of the Omni.
- Open Omni Connect and verify that the Omni symbol is highlighted in green.
